26 Days since I moved back.
22 Days spent in Cedar.
17 Days of classes.
10 Things I've learned thus far.
The co-ed floor isn't as creepy as I thought it would be. I've only seen a couple of guys in towels, and I'm pretty sure that none have seen me in mine.
It's easier the second time around.
With Friends.
With Confidence.
With Goals.
With Plans.
I can function perfectly well on 5 hours of sleep. As long as I get a nap after class.
We can't relive or recreate the past. We only have today, tomorrow, and next week.
I cannot function without my day planner. I will NEVER lose it again.
There are people I thought I'd miss more than I do that I don't. And people I never even thought about missing that I wish were here.
Denny's isn't as fun as it used to be. I don't know why.
I'm going to be a writer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And a teacher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Getting letters is the best thing in the entire world. Writing them is a close second.
And, the most important thing I've learned so far:
Life is like a puzzle. We have all of the pieces, but sometimes we're too busy putting together all the blue pieces to make the sky to notice the yellow pieces to make the sun. But Heavenly Father doesn't leave us alone to put this puzzle together; it's too big to ever complete on our own. He offers us His help every day, plus we have amazing friends, families, and mentors to help us. Sometimes we need to try and put pieces together that don't fit. And sometimes we have a series of pieces put together, but we can't find where they go in the grand scheme of the puzzle, so we have to put those aside and work on other pieces. It's a long process, day by day building this puzzle, but in the end it's beautiful.
