I don't know that blogging was exactly what I had in mind when I set the goal to write daily this summer. Afterall, I am a creative writing major now, I need to be writing creatively. That has been the hardest part about changing from an education major: I don't really write unless I'm forced to. It's not that I don't like it -- I love it -- it's more that I never really think I have anything to say or the time to say the things I want to say.
For now, I think blogging will be a good option for the days that I know I need to take some time to write, but that I don't really feel like practicing poetry composition or fiction writing.
I decided that keeping up with two blogs was a little much for me, and I never ended up quite embracing my RA blog anyway. So, all of my RA blog posts have been imported and "Juniper: From Both Sides, Now" has been deleted. Which, is fine, because I'm no longer a Juniper RA anyway. And, I updated my blog a little with a new happy-Katie-like look. I feel like I'm going to be more apt to update it if I like what the finished project looks like.
