1 month "anniversary"

Yesterday was my one month "anniversary" of being the official Community Coordinator for Cedar Hall, Ponderosa, Hillside, and College View. It has been a crazy month full of firsts and lots of challenges and accomplishments. As of yesterday at 5:00 AM, I am a "real CC" after taking care of my first real call in the middle of the night, hop out of bed, deal with something for a couple of hours incident. I have always talked about the RA Sixth Sense, but I feel like I'm developing my CC Sixth Sense now-- which is a different sense of knowing what to do, not necessarily knowing what's coming. But, I'm still making mistakes, still second-guessing myself, and still thinking of ways I should have handled situations. That's why I love this position: I'm never going to master it-- every day will be a new challenge and a new adventure.

So, to celebrate one month into my new life, I finally took some pictures of my apartment. They're not very good since I took them with my temp phone really quick, but here it is.
