today

woke up to snow at about 8:00.

made it to the housing office by 8:50. worked the office window for a while giving out keys to the hotel and apartment we are moving residents to (and collected juni keys).

went on a search for shower curtains.

the vpss brought us pizza.

went on a coke zero run for my boss. 

vpss calls cell phone and i dashed to the hotel at 1:00 to help do condition reports and strip rooms of irons, towels, etc. before residents moved in at 3:00. 

given vpss’ master key. warned that if i lose it we’ll both be fired. of course i didn’t lose it.

stayed at hotel until 4:30 helping move residents in.

found vpss’ lost walkie-talkie at housing.

worked at main office window until 5:30.

spent 95% of the day wishing i were at aimho college like i was supposed to be and that i were seeing one of my bffs tonight.

spent 5% of the day glad that we stayed to help in the chaos of closing a residence hall. (even though i respect that we had to stay and i’m glad we live our mission, it was still rough). 

spent 100% of my day thinking that our director is the best. ever.
