7 days since i got an informal offer.
10 hours since i accepted my formal offer.
12 more days at suu.
21 days until i move to tempe.
26 days until i start my new life as an assistant community director at asu.

life happens fast. a year ago i was still an ra. i was a student. i was engrossed in the grad school search. then i became a cc and changed everything. i'm starting to wonder when i'll ever make it to grad school, but this is my journey and i'm going to do it my way.

today i'm excited. i've only almost cried twice which is a complete turnaround in the past week. my formal offer and the emails that followed really made me realize how incredible this is going to be. asu-- the largest public university in the country and with a standard-setting and innovating res life program-- wants me. me. silly little me from suu. i'm going to learn so much and i know that after this experience i will truly be able to handle anything.
