"so, i only have one month left as an undergraduate student. now, my life really isn’t going to change that much after i graduate. i will stay at suu, in my apartment, working for housing for at least the next year. two days after commencement, i will start training my summer assistant staff. i’ll have a degree. no more classes. i can focus my time doing what i want and what i love. that’s why i’m excited.
but i’m also a little melancholy. i still can’t believe that this part of my life is ending and i’m beginning a new adventure. so, with my shiny new iphone in tow (and a sickening obsession with the tacky filter app instagram-- thanks friends, thanks), i’m going take one (or more) pictures a day of what this last month of college is like. i’ll post them here. maybe say something about what each image means to me. and then, on may 7, when it’s all over and done— i’ll have a visual representation of why this was important. why it was worth it. and then i will be able to move on."
